KEHS Girls win Midlands Physics Big Quiz
Seventy teams from around the Midlands converged on Birmingham University for a quiz competition for Year 9 pupils. We entered three teams who performed wonderfully well. The U4A team (Isabella Kessedjian, Emily Morris, Manika Sidhu and Rosemary Walmsley) came first winning the trophy that we will keep for a year.
The U4c team (Shreeya Kotecha, Lydia Kamari-Naish and Caroline Soderman) narrowly missed second place, but earned themselves plaques. The U4B team (Vicki Holland, Charlotte Dawkins, Maria Czepial and Jenny Soderman) achieved a very creditable fifth place, but also came away with prizes.
