Excellent GCSE Results 2009

KEHS girls have once again achieved some outstanding exam results and we are all very proud of their achievements. The grades awarded are testimony to the individual efforts put in by each and every girl.

86.4% of grades awarded were A*/As (50% of the total grades were A*s).

Twins Arti and Jyoti Sehdev scored a double triumph by each being awarded 11 A*s. Aarti, who hopes to pursue a higher education in the sciences, was delighted to have achieved the highest grades possible in all of her exams and really pleased that her sister Jyoti, who is aiming for a career in engineering, was awarded the same grades.

She comments, ‘Like all siblings, Jyoti and I are competitive, but supportive of each other. We’re both so excited to have got 11A*s each! We did work really hard and it’s great that our efforts have paid off.’
