A Spectacular Night of Musical Celebration

The school’s 125 Gala concert, which took place last night at the Symphony Hall, was a real success. The audience were treated to a spectacular range of performances. Our specially invited guest, Old Edwardian and award winning actress Lindsay Duncan, spoke about her memories of the school and pledged her support for the school’s 125 Bursary appeal. We were able to hear the specially commissioned piece for 125 celebrations: ‘The Undaunted’ by the composer Stuart Johnson. Jinah Shim’s performance of the Grieg’s Piano Concerto was quite breathtaking. This really was a night for us all to remember. Well done to all the performers!
