Max Flint Talk – Thursday 5th March We were very privileged to have the Money Programme’s presenter Max Flint come into school and talk to the KES/KEHS Economics and Business Studies students about the Porshe and Volkwagen merger. He showed a video clip of the programme that dealt with the issue and then spoke about the merger in more detail. In particular, he covered areas such as why Porsche wanted to take over Volkswagen, the way in which a small company went about acquiring such a large organisation, the purchase and value of Volkswagen shares and the impact that this acquisition has on various stakeholder groups.
