L5 Latin Literature Morning

U4th Mindfulness Session

On Thursday and Friday, as part of the school’s holistic approach to educating the whole girl, the U4ths have had the opportunity to experience a number of ‘Mindfulness’ workshops; they have taken part in a variety of physical and creative activities with the aim of helping them to deal more effectively with stress
